The top can be worn closed, creating a keyhole, or it can be worn open like a cowl neck top. The skirt is designed with multi-layered ruffles with a ruffle train on both sides. the skirt is designed high-lo creating the perfect amount of coverage for the front and back. The skirt has an elastic waistband for a perfect and comfortable fit.
